The International scientific-theoretical journal "Scientific works", the founder of which is the Institute of Philosophy of ANAS, operates since 2006. It has been awarded the status of an international scientific-theoretical journal since 2009, given the wide range of articles in the journal, and the fact that foreign authors regularly submit articles to the journal. The journal "Scientific Works" was registered on February 17, 2006 at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan (№ 1704). The journal is included in the "List of scientific publications recommended for publication of the main results of dissertations in the Republic of Azerbaijan" by the decision of the RAC of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 30.04.2010.
The journal has set up its activity in accordance with the decisions of the RAC under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, its own charter and international standards. The main purpose of the journal is to make worthy contributions to the further development of Azerbaijani science, to highlight worldwide studies on philosophy, political science, political science, psychology and sociology, to explore the interdisciplinary approach to the problems that can lead to broad scientific discussions and to facilitate the widespread dissemination of research on post-neoclassical science paradigms and innovations that will generate scholarly discussion among researchers. Well-known scholars and researchers from Turkey, the USA, Russia, Iran, France, Italy, China, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other foreign countries have also made articles in the journal.
All articles in Azerbaijani, Russian and English are sent to the experts after being examined by the antiplogate program and published in case of positive feedback.
The circulation period of the journal is twice a year.
